Over tthe past few years i have made my davening(specifically Shmoneh Esrei) longer in order to be able to have more Kavanah while davening as that helped me. HOwever, now i am switching schools and will not have enough time to daven as long as i want to and i dont know what to do!

It's a bit hard to assess you're situation based on what you are saying. Though I would suggest you talk to the dean of your yeshiva about this-if it's actually a good yeshiva I'm sure she'd be more than willing to help you out.

its better to do less with kavannah, but can you arrange to daven elsewhere? I think it's possible to do pesukei dzimra before going to shul, if following certain rules
