1.Everything that I see I try and understand it how its hashems
creation ect and im only trying to do this because I feel a constant
need to feel a real connection to hashem and I do this as I constantly
am trying to prove that is hashem is behind everything even tho at my
core I just know it cos I do.. I just want this to be natural without
guilt and fear and constant proof as its uneeded!!.. 2.there are so
many laws mitzvas and torah how do we keep going without a painfull
guilt of not doing enough and bilbulim of just not knowing that
keeping torah is correct like knowing saving a little girl from
drowning?2.when we talk to people what we speak only we understand
what we actually speak people can only understand what we mean in
there owne view which means no one understands each other only we
underselves ourselves?so how can we be happy with not understanding
eachother fully?it seems therefore the only real and meaningfull
relationship we can have is with hashem.because hes yodea mahshavot
adam and
This idea makes things clearer for me 2.How is it possible for any jew
not to be depressed whilst not keeping torah and mitzvoth if we have a
neshama is it not like starving the real you?if so how do we see happy
comfortable/happy unobservant jews?

function is believing in hashem and having a relationship with him asif he's in fronta me every second and i
experienced that before and that was the realest and most loving and
meaningfull time in my life but then it crashed on me again and I feel
so alone no matter what and all i want to do is try and do that again but i have lost my confidence and every time i try i just keep telling myself you don't mean it and theres no point..and nothing interests me at all appart from
knowing im one with hashem ..But then I have nothing to rely on but
hashem.
Im lovesick on an ununderstandable level and I cant function very

Try looking through hashkafa seforim, and spending time in a good environment where you can feel the emotional side of Torah. Also maybe you could join in discussions in places like this, where you know someone trustworthy is around to answer anything you can't yet. Also, talk to Hashem sometimes outside of set davening, in private. Ask for help in little things, even help getting dressed, crossing the street, and buying things are all suggested, as well as big, and thank Hashem for whatever the result. And record some of the times you can see the Hand of Hashem in anything, even slightly. Punctuate your talk with BiEzras Hashem, Baruch Hashem, etc.

<<2.How is it possible for any jew

More soon BiEzras Hashem

I think CXhovos Halevavos may talk about a similar idea. but we were made so that we can have relationships without knowing everything. Actually, it's neccesary. Becuasepeople need to view things from their point of view to apply it to what they know and do. People have to understand things differently, or we would have to all be the same, becuase we might not like everyhitng they do or say. It also enables poeple to have different ideas, carry on conversations that arent repeating what the other already thinks, etc.

For your las tpoint on trying to find you purpose and keep a connection with Hashem, I'd have to get back to you on that, but It would probably help you to learn Haskafa seforim, Id have to think about which, and maybe get into an eviroment where you feel more fulfilling. As for the connection, you just need to learn to see everything as an opportunity. Two suggestions right now: The Sefer SIx Consatant Mitzvos, By Rabbi Yehuda Heimowitz Rabbi Shai Markowitz 2 Adapt a list of small things you cna do to improve yourself, such as a chessed a day system (There is, i think, one in

order from Artscroll Chofetz Chaim: Loving Kindness by Chna Nestlebaum, based on a shiur series), a midda a day, or something like Rav Miller's Ten Steps to Greatness

1. Spend 30 seconds thinking of Olam Haba
2. Say once "I love you Hashem"
3. Do one hidden act of chesed.
4. Be like Hashem who lifts the humble, say something to encourage someone.
5. Spend 1 minute about what happened yesterday (cheshbon hanefesh).
6. Your actions should be l’shem shamayim (say once during meals)
7. Look into someone’s face and think – I’m seeing a tzelem Elokim
8. Just like Hashem’s face shines on us, give someone a big smile.
9. When saying "malbish arumim", think about the great gift of garments.
10. When reciting the words, "If I forget you, Yerushalayim...," sit on floor and think of loss of Yerushalayim (privately, 1 second). (list from Dafyomireview)
