I was a typical 17 year old, really religious in a bais yaakov like school, slowly i started smoking, drinking, and cutting, i started therapy and was diagnosed with depression, i stopped all those addictions, right now i don't care about torah or Judaism anymore, i know that its true and its the only way to live. how do i care again?

Maybe what pulls you in the wrong direction are the people you are around and the environment you are in.

Hmm.... You don't care about Judaism anymore... carelessness is very dangerous... when someone don't care, noting you'll say will move him... but look, u posted ur question. This means there is still something in there that does care and does want to change... hold it strong, dont let it disappear.... maybe start caring about one thing, one Mitzva?. Get inspired... go to a good shiur maybe or listen online to somebody... stick to one Mitzva u like and see the beauty in it.... slowly ull hopefully be able to see the beauty in Judaism and you'll be albe to emjoy it....

I was just having this conversation with a rabbi today... basically I am in a similar situation and have stopped the negative behaviors but don't care much about judiasm right now. basically, as he put it emotional issues and judiasm go hand in hand. Meaning; when you reach a certian point with working on the rough stuff you will WANT to move forward religously or even just start CARING about stuff. Gluck!
